Refund & Returns Policy
Basic Terms:
Scope of Application: The policy clearly applies to goods purchased from the merchant.
Return without Reason: Customers can return goods without reason within 30 days after purchasing the goods, provided that the goods remain in their original state, including packaging, labels, accessories, etc..
Special Goods: Customized goods, fragile goods, etc. may have different return policies. Please refer to the product details page or consult customer service for details..
Return Conditions:
Quality Issues: If there are quality issues with the goods, customers must contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide relevant proof (such as photos, videos, etc.), and the merchant will bear the return postage.
Size Issues: If the customer applies for a return due to an inappropriate size, he/she must contact customer service within 7 working days after receiving the goods and explain the change of size.
Purchase Error: If the customer applies for a return due to a purchase error, he/she must contact customer service within 7 working days after receiving the goods and provide an explanation of the purchase error. Refund process:
Contact customer service: Customers need to contact customer service before returning goods and provide information such as order number, product name, reason for return, etc.
Return address and process: Customer service provides return address and process guidance, and customers follow the instructions to return goods.
Refund after acceptance: The merchant will inspect the returned goods after receiving them, and will process a refund within 7 working days after the acceptance is qualified, and the refund amount will be returned to the customer's payment account.
Friendly negotiation: The two parties shall negotiate to resolve the dispute in a friendly manner; if the negotiation fails, it can be resolved through legal means.
Other terms:
Freight borne: The freight for returns due to quality problems shall be borne by the merchant; the freight for returns due to size problems or wrong purchases shall be borne by the customer.
Refund time: Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days after acceptance, and the specific arrival time may be delayed due to the bank's processing procedures.
